Clare Countytee: White/Sport Grey Short-Sleeve Unisex T-Shirt
County Clare: Stall the digger!
Clare is known as the Banner County and is home to one of the most visited sites in Ireland, the Cliffs of Moher. The custom of carrying banners goes back a long way in County Clare - people started carrying banners to political meetings and then the custom became widespread – most trade guilds in Clare had their own banners and a political one. 'Clare' comes from the Irish word ‘Clár’ meaning board or plank. Many moons ago a board was placed across the river Fergus outside Ennis, to make a bridge at a place now known as Clarecastle.
Start a bit of banter with yer wan/yer man with a savage CountyTee.
